POSHA-S: User’s Manual

Specific guidelines for using the POSHA-S are provided in the User´s Manual: Public Opinion Survey of Human Attributes-Stuttering (POSHA-S): Measuring Public Attitudes Toward Stuttering, which can be purchased from the publisher. The User´s Manual is a prerequisite to carrying out projects that use the POSHA-S. It discusses potential uses, packages appropriate for selected uses, adding or changing POSHA-S items, issues and guidelines related to translation to other languages, requirements and procedures for obtaining informed consent, issues and strategies for probability and convenience sampling, sample size, response rate, tallying and reducing survey results, obtaining tabular and graphic comparisons with existing POSHA-S results, generalizing results appropriately, and sharing and publishing results.
